Pre-Order Policy

Placing a Pre-Order means that you are reserving the fabric by paying for it up-front before we receive it from the manufacturer. We will state when we expect to receive the fabrics in the listing, Please know that this is an estimate from the manufacturer and is subject to change. The arrival date is out of our hands. We will ship the fabric as soon as possible once it arrives from the manufacturer. If there are significant delays or any missing fabrics, we will notify you immediately via the email that you provide at checkout. Please make sure that you enter a valid email address with no typos, as this is our only way to contact you. 

All pre-order sales are final. Please place orders for in-stock in a separate order. If you order in-stock items in the same order with pre-order items they will be held and shipped with the pre-order when it arrives. Please place separate orders if you would like in-stock items to be shipped right away.

Returns

Just Stitching By does not accept returns; all sales are final. 

If there has been a mistake made with your order, such as incorrect cut or incorrect item packed, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the issue at hello@juststitchingby.com.

We unfortunately do not accept returns on fabric where the color was not as expected. We do try our best to avoid this issue by photographing in natural lighting to get it as close as we can to the real thing. We understand that devices may display the colors differently, therefore there is no guarantee.

Cancellations

Just Stitching By does not accept cancellations on fabric that has already been cut. If you still need to proceed with cancelling your order & it hasn't been shipped yet, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us immediately to avoid that at hello@juststitchingby.com .

We will allow cancellations on orders that have not been cut yet. We do hope to process your orders quickly, so please reach out immediately.
